Is there a computational power limit on "Local Use"?

For the Best Local Use Case track, is there a restriction on computational power when running models locally (e.g., GPU/CPU specs, memory limits, or deployment environments)? Or is the evaluation purely based on feasibility and innovation, regardless of hardware resources?

    Hey, it's the latter, as long as you run it locally, we are happy with whatever you do.
